Bookings can be done manually if the order is by mail, fax, or telephone. Booking can also be done automatically through internet booking, where customers can enter the order. Once a booking is accepted, its booking number is created and it is ready for planning of delivery. The booking is continuously updated with departure, arrival, delays, etc.
