easy4WARD Forwarding - the complete solution

With easy4WARD you can create bookings, calculate prices, plan the delivery, follow the status of the bookings and prepare invoices in one single system. This facilitates and streamlines your workflow from booking to billing. It is possible to add modules and applications - or have modeled those we already have to fit perfectly for your business.
 

CRM
With CRM you can make offers to customers. easy4WARD can generate quotations via price matrixes, but the quotations can also be adjusted manually by different users. Quotations will easily be converted into e-mail or PDF, which can be sent immediately. 
 

Booking
Bookings can be done manually if the order is by mail, fax, or telephone. Bookings can also be done automatically through our Internet Booking, where customers can enter the order themselves. Once a booking is accepted, it is created with the booking number and is ready for disposition. The booking is continuously updated with departure, arrival, delays, etc. For each new booking the average and fixed costs are calculated and included to keep track of expenses and revenues for each booking.
   
Planning
New bookings are easily spotted in the Planning module. Planning is done either with Internet Booking, XML, email and EDI. In Planning you can chose between the different modes of transportation (land, sea, air or rail). The system automatically calculate how much load, m3 or kg cargo is left. In Planning you can create different traffics or fixed routes, eg UK: Heathrow - DE: Hamburg.
At each new booking the costs and revenues are calculated for each mode of transport and the amount of available resources.

  
Invoicing
Billing and invoices are automatically created in your financial system with our integration.
The system runs in all popular servers.
It is possible for you to have the hosting of databases and servers at us.
